This one day online course will give you the fundamental skills and confidence to start using kinesiology tape and zinc oxide tape straight away.
What you will learn:

1) History and the affect of taping and strapping techniques
2) Learn about the material
3) Practical demo taping& strapping for all lower limb:
– Plantar fasciitis
– Plantar plate tear
– Ankle
– Calf muscle
– Shin splints
– Posterior tibials muscle
– Achilles tendon
– Knee
– Quadriceps muscle
– Hamstring muscle
– Oedema taping
4) video recording will be available to watch post event
