General Admission Requirements for Postgraduate Programs

Admission to postgraduate programs at Al-Neelain University (in collaboration with Al-Mustaqbal Health Training Center) is carried out in accordance with the regulations and bylaws of the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, 2022, as well as the approved regulations of Al-Neelain University.

Admission to the program requires the following:

• The applicant must hold an honors bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

• The overall grade should be not less than Second Class – Second Division according to the applicable regulations.

• Applicants with a general bachelor's degree must first obtain a postgraduate diploma.

• A certified transcript (detailed grades) authenticated by the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research must be attached.

• Fulfillment of all academic and administrative requirements set by Al-Neelain University and Al-Mustaqbal Health Training Center.

• Compliance with the rules and regulations governing postgraduate programs applicable at the university.

Important Notice:

• Admission is subject to selection according to university regulations, and a student is considered accepted only after verification of the official documents by the competent committee at Al-Neelain University.

• The program will commence after reaching the required number of students, and applicants will be notified, with announcements made on the center’s page.

• Application fees are non-refundable.

Program Fees:

• Application Fee: SAR 150 (non-refundable)

• Registration Fee: SAR 780, paid once with the first installment

For Sudanese Students:

• Total Fees: SAR 12,940, payable in four installments as follows:

  • SAR 3,253 at the beginning of the first semester

  • SAR 3,253 at the end of the first semester

  • SAR 3,253 at the beginning of the second semester

  • SAR 3,253 at the end of the second semester

For Non-Sudanese Students:

• Total Fees: SAR 25,880, payable in four installments as follows:

  • SAR 6,470 at the beginning of the first semester

  • SAR 6,470 at the end of the first semester

  • SAR 6,470 at the beginning of the second semester

  • SAR 6,470 at the end of the second semester

Note: A student is not considered registered in the program until the registration fee and the first installment of the tuition fees are paid.
